What Happened Wednesday Jarren Hightower and Tate

so when do we hire alzono high smith so he can hire his friends and well stuck in this rut for another 10 years? if blake is gone (i dont believe hes gone for a second as long as the BOT sees that the donations are still coming in), go after a legit AD with real experience. no more first timers or promotions from within.
The only reason I think the Highsmith smoke has any chance of coming true is money. They hired rick former player donations went up. I could see their line of thinking being hire Highsmith, former champion at the U. money might just rain from the sky it doesn’t mean he’s the right hire, but IF Blake does get fired I expect him to get a call.

Spoke to dad of a current player who says his son is considering leaving. He also said that some of the players have told commits to reconsider. Blake needs to go, the BOT is finally realizing who is at fault for all of this.
See that’s the ******* I don’t appreciate you want to leave haul *** but trying to sabotage **** on your way out is some real flaw **** I would hope whoever is doing it gets their *** beat.

Dude there are little cliques amongst the team and its not good. I agree with you 100 pct.

I think the only time any of our 2 QB's is good is when come in to rescue the team from the very poor performance of the other. Happened when N'kosi put in the game after Jarren disastrous performance in VT game, and also happened yesterday when Jarren was put in to "give a spark" to the team after bad N'Kosi performance. The inconsistency of both QB's is mind blowing. They can't seem to play well when entrenched in the position. Only after bad performance by the other.

So you agree with Manny when he said you need to get rid of the disease...
I think I know a lot about medicine but haven't heard of this disease. I need help here. When those "diseased players" were recruited, were they already inflected by this disease but our coaching staff didn't perform the proper blood tests and X-rays? Or they got the disease after they joined the Miami Hurricanes? If the former, then it is the fault of the coaching staff for not doing the proper "screening tests". If it is the latter, again it is the fault of the coaching staff of allowing this disease to be present on campus and letting those "disease free" recruits catch a bad disease.

You know who didn’t have cliques... Alfred. We were just mismanaged to ****. Cliques in a work environment is so toxic. The way I handle it as a manager i isolate the negative influencers and smoke them out until they leave or get fired. It’s hard managing through **** like that. Did that dad say why players are not happy?
