What Else Does Manny Need to Do?

What else do you all think Manny needs to do/bring in to earn everyone's stamp of approval. Obviously winning fixes all, but I'm curious as to what else he needs to do. I think he learned a lot in his first year and is making the necessary changes to build this program back. I think he's the kind of the coach that wouldn't bolt at other opportunities (NFL jobs) if he wins here like our other legendary coaches, which is why I want him to succeed.

Right now, the #1 thing for manny to do is: STFU

Nobody wants to hear **** he has to say at 6 & 6, plus he talks to **** much, whatever he tells the team, i dont want to hear that ****, but he only wants to say what he said to the public, so if the team fails, he can feel like, see, i told them, they not listening, shows the major weaknesses in his mental game, which is exactly why he chose and named the weakess mental qb to be his starter. Coach diaz is coming off as if he likes and wants yes men, those type of guys are never that successful and fail in many categories!

He needs offensive tackles like yesterday. He also needs a disciplinarian type. A guy whose job is to ride those kids who aren't putting in effort and push them off the team.
That comes from within my man. Do you really think it was Butch and the staff that made the early 2000's teams great....or was everyone afraid of getting called into the whooooooooop, whooooooooop, whoooooooop circle and having that *** beat by their teammates for slacking off that made them great?

Both Blakes need to go!! 4th and 17 still stings

Remember, "we didnt execute the blitz right" bullshat. That dumb **** calling a strongside blitz instead of blitzing from the weakside to force howell to possibly have to throw the ball to his right running left. But Ill give blake baker credit, that was the last scapegoat **** i heard him say fot the rest of the season. He's definitely not a trusted d-co, especially since he kept needing coach diaz to hold his hand last year.

After watching how his portal activity last year worked out, do u really need to ask this?

Get rid of the fvking jewelry, for making plays (I know, broken record). Time to start acting like you've been there and take a business attitude towards games.

Smoke the teams you're supposed to smoke, beat the teams you're supposed to beat and give your guys a chance to win games they maybe shouldn't, just yet.

Stop talking **** - walk like you're the **** and get **** done.

Short of resigning, I'd say those are the minimums. The Canes should be playing for the ACCCG every year.

- Hire a legit WR's coach
- Get a Grad Transfer LT
- Hire more support analysts
- Replace Patke with a recruiter
- Commandeer the Defense from Baker
- Let Lashlee be the HC of the Offense, don't get in his way
- Win the Coastal
- Recruit better

Win and win with substance. Beating Wagner means nothing to me.

How about, stop losing games to less talented teams?

I mean honestly, that's all he would need to do to win me back. Win all the games you're suppose to, and be competitive against teams more talented. You do that, with our ****** schedule, and that would translate to AT LEAST 9 wins every year with upside for more. You do that CONSISTENTLY and recruiting will continue to improve and the cycle feeds itself and next thing you know....we're ready to take the next step.

Stop with the sideline dancing, turnover chains, and social media cheesiness. Just win **** games and start being a good coach when it matters, ON GAMEDAY.
