What Drives TVD?

Someone will read the quote about discipline and think, ‘see, Mario believes in discipline and Manny did not’. That is only half true. A coach can only discipline players when the player behind the starter is good enough to take the starter’s spot. The reason Mario can demand discipline is because Mario is increasing roster talent and depth. And with that he can legitimately say, ’either you do it right or we will replace you.’

Manny’s poor recruiting meant that he couldn’t discipline the starter because the guy behind the starter was a bum and the starter knew that.
Legit point 👌🏽

TVD is the epitome of what you want your QB1 to be. No doubt he has the physical tools but his intangibles are what separates him. Smart, humble, hard working, quiet leader, that understands the big picture.

Fvck around and find out…

Manny? Find out he was too weak and ineffectual to discipline the team.

Mario? Find out your outta here after your teammates whip your ***.

I love the discipline Mario is instilling. That show up to late stuff is a culture killer. 5:30 film once or twice will put an end to that quickly.
Can't wait for the hot takes from the "gtfoh with that discipline bullshït" crowd.
