What does this team do well?

After this game;
Young;
Inexperienced;
Lost a veteran head coach;
Lost players.

So...losing to this VT and GT team. We cool?

I'm never cool with a loss. But it's almost impossible to win even a video game if you have 4-5 turnovers (VT) and/or give up defensive & special teams touchdowns (GT). After that fake punt td i knew right then it would probably be a loss based off the football numbers about defensive & STs scores. After the blocked kick it was pretty much a guarantee.

I remember the early 2000s teams had a list of criteria they wanted to accomplish every game to pretty much insure victory. It contained score a ST or defensive TD, block a punt or kick, at least 2-3 big plays (25yds+) and a few other things i can't recall rn.
We broke pretty much everyone of our own cardinal rules of football today..

At this rate Hedley probably misses hanging drywall on construction sites in the Australian desert.

Seriously, nailed it with punting. Hedley has killed it this year and I was concerned about him heading in.

I tell you what we do well: Honor and respect former coaches. The multiple tributes to Dennis Erickson were easily the highlight of the game. He was out there several times and the crowd responded enthusiastically every time. I was impressed.

Obviously it would not have been the same greeting in the mid '90s or even a decade later. But eventually the bottom line prevails once it is understood and glaring that national championships are not an every-other-year birthright.

Eventually Larry Coker will receive the same crowd reaction that Erickson enjoyed today.

Punting?
Getting hype before kickoffs/ swinging towels?

Serious question, no jokes here. Is there anything we do well?

Hiring a **** poor AD and administration is what we’re best at. The rest just rolls easily when you have expert losers in place.

Yep. And, that's what bad football teams do.
