A legit detailed facilities dialogue/tour with someone in the know. We have an incredible facility getting updated and mum is the word. It would be nice to see some intentional info released about what the current plan is and what the future is going to be across the canal.

I really liked the Steve Kim All Time team talk. I think during the off season, discussions like that are a good break from the recruiting daily discussion. Maybe a past season or game Steve Kim breakdown. Story time is always fun.

At some point, I would love to to see a QB mind or film review on the show. Maybe a former UM QB. Maybe someone AR played with.

Occasionally more big picture view of college football - look at teams & conferences, NIL, future of the game, etc. Piece together a panel of, say, three knowledgeable football types - TV guy, national writer and an agent/NIL guy. People with insight & not solely opinions.
