What Cane team to show up against Pitt?

Our D shows signs here and there. Our O shows me so little that when they DO make a play, it looks like pure luck. That or it's a broken play.

I mean how many Senior Day games has Miami lost over the years? All the "you'll never play the game again" stuff doesn't tend to motivate once the ball is kicked off.

For Miami's sake, better hope TVD is back, better hope Parrish can help run the football, better hope a few receivers can make plays, that the o-line shows up and that the secondary isn't abysmal—while playing a relatively clean game, as ill-timed penalties this season have been brutal.

Winnable low-scoring game as Pitt is no juggernaut. 7-4 on three-game win-streak. Let's see how it all plays out.

The one where 25 kids know they aren’t welcome back with a senior class used to losing and a coaching staff where 4 of them likely are living elsewhere in 90 days.
 
I just hope we don’t just say F IT and get rolled.

I wish I could share how 40 plus years later how I miss the smell of putting on even practice pads and the leather and the helmet all smells of sweat grass practice field leather football smell, with these kids how fleeting it is

Tomorrow most will never have these cherished smells let alone game day hype and the hitting

I just dont see us having a chance with Brown against Pitt. It makes us too 1 dimensional with the run and would play right into their strength. We would have to grind out yards, making 3+ 3rd down conversions on a drive to score.

But, I’ll be right there like a fool in my living room with hope at kickoff like I do every game. Any Given Saturday.

Pretty easy team to figure out who shows up. We played the same game all year round even in our wins. The bad one will show up who can't score. Our only way winning is if the defense keeps it tight
 
It’s Gattis’ final game. Guy is finally gonna tell Mario to ***** off and he will run a wide open spread with lots of tricks and big plays. Our offense will score fast and at will!

We score 65 points, win by 40 as Gattis gets fired anyway for not running Marios scheme.

I was never under the impression that we were more than 1 type of team. There is 1 team, a bad team.

99% chance no one shows up and we get boated.

But, there is a 1% chance we pull it off and live to fight another day.
