What are the odds they don’t drop BYU

I just think if Bama loses to get to 3 losses, I don’t understand how us and ND aren’t in.
That FSU loss has got to be the worst loss of any team being considered.
That’s a bad FSU team and they were beaten handily in that game.
Season opening games game are preseason in the eyes of The Committee.

Alabama losing at FSU and Notre Dame losing at Miami don't count.

Understand-This is the first time you have two power-4 teams with identical records who played each other in the regular season with us winning in convincing fashion- Most sane people have us getting in.
Sure, but my PTSD is due to the past intentional anti-Miami lack of sanity….lol

I just know they are praying for a scenario to not have to compare us side by side

I don't understand the logic of needing a Bama win. A loss would be their 3rd. Losing by two scores, seems the FSU loss has to enter the convo.

which is why the committee would then move Notre Dame up a spot and Bama up a spot

"see, we dropped Bama for their third loss!"

of course Bama still gets in, and Miami is still #1 left out.

It was a preseason game, just like ND/Miami. Don't you know how this works?

These “sane” people you speak of…

I don’t think there’s any of them that get to decide that.

Would have rather had bama win to prevent any scenario of them being wedged between nd and Miami so the flip can happen
They watched bama struggle against 5-7 AU & moved them past ND. IMO, bama is locked in at 9 & that’s why they did that. BYU falls & it’s either Miami or ND. But you could be right. Wouldn’t surprise me.

The committee could FSU BYU. Their QB got hurt early in the game and should not have been playing. Not sure he's game ready in two weeks.

Same for Ole Miss. It's not just the head coach that's out. I think 5 other coaches on the offensive side of the football have left as well. Not fair to the players... but the committee doesn't seem to care about that.
