We see a coaching change in the next 3 years or so. AG might be around longer then many hope.

Many have posted that now since we collect a nice payday from the ACC.. There is no point in our Admins eyes to put money towards the football program. So who's to say that we won't be stuck with AG for another 6 years or even longer? Recent interviews suggest that Blake James truly believes in him, Shalala thinks it's really his first year coaching, etc...

If a change was going to happen it would of came already. I personally think that we are all witnessing the end of Miami Football. This has to be one of the lowest times in UM history.

As the weeks go by and other universities are hiring or firing we sit here with an embarrassment of a team with no hint of change.

Hopefully we get good news sooner rather then later.

We will see what the next president does. If they are as derptastic as Shalalalalalallaal then yeah is over.

People will probably dismiss your notion that he's potentially here as long as you suggest but I've still yet to receive a solid answer as to if we're saving any money beyond his salary next year by keeping him around. I really think if he gets fired next year that there is going to be a colossal ****storm of venom when it's realized that we only saved $2.3 mil by waiting another year and that the buyout is still the buyout.

Personally I hope he stays here forever. Golden and this piece of **** administration deserve each other.

I am not an expert but there is one angle I have not seen mentioned on here but have heard previously. There where always two jobs AL was willing to leave for PSU and Rutgers. Everyone in the entire state of New Jersey knows Kyle Flood was gone this year except for the few late wins. Even with that he is a lame duck in Rutgers their recruiting has tanked and they have some huge blow out losess.

I believe Al was hoping for this jobs this year. I think he knows a decent season next year gets him that job and he will leave next year. He has alot of leverage with his buyout but trust me everyone in the state of new jersey knows AL would be Rutgers choice unless Greg Schiano himself went back there.

He is a big ten guy also a new jersey guy and would be a higher upgrade in recruiting compared to Flood. Like I said Al knows he is not getting fired based on his buyout so he is auditioning for the Rutgers job.. And Rutgers would allow AL to bring his whole staff.

He can point to recruiting successes like QUAN, jenkins and others.

He's not auditioning too well then.. 6-6

The perception of what he has done is enough for Rutgers. I am not saying I am an expert but this has been mentioned multiple times...
