is it fair to assume that Beck doesn’t view Jo Jo’s absence as a negative? If Beck valued Jo Jo as much as we do, Jo Jo would be on the field, no? I’m sure the million dollar qb has a voice in the room.

Let’s move on and focus on the dudes who may actually be building a champion again.

4 million

Is he not practicing well or putting effort in?
Both, he’s not practicing hard and of course that means he’s not putting in the effort. He has been passed by the younger guys and I very much doubt he sees the field in a meaningful way this year. It’s unfortunate and I wish that wasn’t the case but so far that is the case.

Serious question - why did he switch the jersey #1 if he supposedly isn't practicing hard enough or in the dog house?

Mario has come out and said in the past that anyone wearing #1 needs to earn it, and needs to be a "guy"

I think its important we somehow get the best out of JoJo. After Zayquan Patterson leaving, and JoJo lack of development, my concern is the Chaminade pipeline, as we already see Cooper leaving SOFLA for Texas too. Hoping its not a “thing” yet, but something to monitor.

Amazing that so much of the hype is because of one play in a MEANINGLESS BOWL GAME (according to most of the board)
I would argue that the majority of the hype came in the Spring, which is justified because he was by far the best WR in camp. To me, it seems like the small injury he had in fall camp rattled him a bit. Mentally, it's probably not clicking for him at the moment
