I am good with Rad being gone. The blame game is also a fact of CIS and there were definitely debates on the board about who made such a tremendously bad hire for the baseball program. Some defended Rad. Others said, it was not his choice. Reality is he was the AD, big money influencers impacted the decision and the baseball program suffers from that decision.

Agreed. Rad is gone. JD is still here. Baseball program needs improvements. It is the new regime's job to make it happen.

In terms of blame -- it is like "blaming" Blake or "blaming" Shalala, etc.. some of it is finger-pointing, some of it is accountability.

And all of that is fair.

I was just pointing out that we can't generalize here. We need to have specificity in our facts and in our discussion. There has been a changing of the guard, and I would expect the new approach going forward FOR BASEBALL to be more in line with what the Columbus Cartel has done for football and basketball.
