True. Most ADs are just glorified fundraisers. So I wouldn’t hate hiring a business person to keep us relevant in the business of college sports.

Ironically, they just fired their AVP for athletic fundraising. The guy was bringing in record amounts.

Only Rudy and Joe can tell you that. He wasn’t a yes man, which I think rubbed them the wrong way. I don’t think they value fundraising much and are under the belief that anyone can do it well.
