Maybe if you're using Va Tech timers (sorry if old reference). A true 4.6 is plenty fast to be an elite NFL LB. Is there even one LB in the NFL that runs a legit 4.4?

Genetics play a large role in lifting weights and building muscle. Most humans that lift on the regular can't bench 305. I would think a college LB could though. I've been lifting for about 4 years now after a 20 year break, lol. I'm stuck at 275 on the bench. I'm 45 though, and i feel like thats pretty good. But i weigh 230, so maybe not. Idk

Oh yeah thats definitely NOT what alcoholics say at all lol. I think the amount of alcohol in 16 regular cans of 5% beer would be equivalent to an entire 750ml bottle of 80proof Whiskey, so equivalent alcohol consumption of about 10 bottles of whiskey per week.. And the calories was probably about 3k/day just in alcohol. So yeah that'll do it lol. I've found that drinking your calories (sodas/whatever) is legit the worst thing you can do when trying to cut weight. It's the easiest way to consume calories and does jack **** to make you feel full. Luckily my preferred beer is just an 805 which isn't high calorie or abv, and I only really have a few every now and then...
Tough not to drink when you work with alcohol of course. But I'll tell you what, theres a gigantic difference between having under a handful of beers after work now and then and on gamedays or having a good time socially when hanging out with friends vs having 7 shots of whiskey with 2 beers as your chaser in between every shot nightly after work... So I guess If by not a problem you mean it didn't irreversibly kill you or completely ruin relationships to that point, sure. But honestly thats likely only because you were young and it was directly after college. Cause a 70lb increase and like what probably over $50k+ spent on alcohol over a 6 year period where you're drinking the equivalent of 10 bottles of whiskey weekly IF that was sustained behavior... Yeah man that fits any objective definition of a problem to be brutally honest. It's a GREAT thing when people stopped going down paths like that. I think when people say it wasn't a problem it actually minimizes the progress they're making, cause if it wasn't a problem then you don't really consider the new path as a big deal or something worth "celebrating"... when its the exact opposite. Think they say first step is admitting its a problem for a reason... I mean you've lost like 10% body fat AND have significantly cut alcohol consumption. Knowing very little else about you but that, it Sounds pretty great to me tbh.

I read back earlier this year where it was 325. Should be 340 or better by now with the added weight.

Bought out 50% to keep them from going under. Basically ran the business and then the other owner bought me out 3.5 years later and ended up shutting their doors last year because he didn’t know what he was doing on the business side.
Trying to start a new one on my own now but need more brewing expertise if anyone knows anyone

That's where my curiosity lays. Does this added muscle make him run sideline to sideline more efficiently instead of getting ran by on any outside runs?

I hope it's more of a kitchen sink situation where everything comes together -- the S&C combined + Hetherman's scheme + an offseason to improve his play identification + better players around him + more maturity.
