Welp, SI doesnt think we are beating Clemson

lol, we are going to get curb stomped. Rosier is trash, and I will unfortunately be there to witness this beatdown live. Just like I was there in 2015 to witness the last time Clemson laid the smack down on us.

why buy tickets for the game if you know Rosier is trash and that we'll get beat down? Maybe you're a closeted clemson fan

******* weirdos!!! Why even go?

Getting to play Bama with a crowd like we had for ND would be a great consolation prize but I want the playoffs. Still, beating bama would send clear message to college football that the Miami boys are back and coming for them.

Also, I see UCF v osu in peach. That is big stage for them to show they belong. If they win it is bad news for us recruiting in central FL.

Let’s beat Clemson and go for all the marbles. If not, kick bama rear in front of recruits and end their dominance.

Central Florida is more of a UF and some FSU region. Frost staying at UCF and making them compete against the big boys will have them eating UFs lunch and keep them down for a long time.

We heard that about UCF a few years ago as well, but as long at they're in the crap conference they will never become one of the top three in the state. There's nothing glamorous about playing for UCF and there's not much they can do about that.
UCF's issue will always be that they bring nothing to the table for a better conference, the state is made up of majority UF/FSU/Miami fans and they don't bring eyeballs or prestige.
Houston is a another prime example of a school that should be a power, but has never made the transition. Similar enrollment, in a much, much bigger city, but in a state that's dominated by two schools really. TCU has made strides, but we see how quickly fortunes can change in Baylor.

True. Today’s playoff system has made sure another Miami doesn’t pop up and destroy the conferences like we did.
