Weldon gets to go “animal house” but other players get dismissed

When did Weldon throw a temper tantrum and yell at coaches? Gerald Willis dame thing.

If you come in late to work would you be fired? Doubt it. Now if you came in late to work then told your boss to **** off I do what I want probably would get fired on the spot. Comparing the two situations is apple and oranges once you act like your bigger then the team then you can get the **** out.
Bingo. I run my own company and if I ever had an employee (much less one who has had a sh-tty attitude recently) come in late (not a huge deal to me) and then get disrespectful with me? Id fire that fvck quicker than he could blink. I don't give a sh-t how talented he is.

they didnt let him. manny said they were trying to work it out w him. ****, even post practice, all quotes read the same, as well. it sounds like they spoke with thomas and thomas said he wanted out which is what D and Stefan both stated

I haven’t gotten a chance to read much of it. I saw dismissed and assumed they didn’t try very hard

It's now clear as day that some players are given a longer leash than others. This also permeates through the staff given Jon Richt's hire. The Richt era (in terms of seeing long-term success) is over, gents. Fire up the banners.
That's real life. Yes, some players have a longer leash than others and usually for good reason. If you have a proven track record, you get some slack if not you don't.

Companies diff than college football

Funny all of this “Man I knew this would happen after watching 89 blocks” **** is being said now for the first time. No one mentioned any of that until now lol. After people watched it everyone was rooting for JT, saying they were “glad he made it out” and all that ****. But now it’s “Man this isn’t surprising at all, I knew he would do it again” FOH

Let u tell it jeff thomas is the only player to throw a tantrum in america

Who cares if he is the only player or not. We are talking about his situation. He attacked his coaches after a win when HE was late to practice. How is that the coaches fault? But facts are I know this is not the first time Jeff Thomas has done something like this. He is getting taught a life lesson hope he learns from it.

About a year ago I was at a bar watching the Nfl wild card games and there was this obnoxious guy talking **** to a lot of ppl. It got to a point where he was talking **** to the girl I was there with and thrtened to spit in her face. I confronted said guy where he proceeded to say last time he spit in a guys face it went in the guys mouth and he did nothing about it. I told him he spits in anyone’s face he would learn a lesson really quickly this time. This guy actually then spit in my face). I never starts fights but I will finish one and I can promise you he learned his lesson this time. After I knocked him to 2020 with a two piece combo the bouncers picked him up and threw him in the alley behind the bar. No one has seen him again. Hope the guy figured his life out and learned a lesson from that situation but just like Jeff Thomas he got what he deserved for be acting like a entitled child.

The team has put up with multiple suspensions from Weldon and Gerald Willis, yet were still willing to work it out with them. Richt is willing to put up with issues if you're still committed to the team. Neither of them quit on their team like Thomas did, who already had to be convinced to come back once over the summer.

It's not about Richt, it's about Thomas.
No this absolutely is about Richt and the culture he created on offense. When none of this is happening on defense, its a sign the person in charge is failing.

Which one makes it easier when Jeff wants to move on? If we announce "nah, he quit so we let him go" or if we say "he's dismissed?"

But nah everyone trying to pin this **** on Richt hard af.

It kind of go both ways.. dismissed by a discussion with a below average position coach on a disfunctial team? Look lime the coaching staff very sensitive and only like yes man players.

lol at this weldon would never quit on the team. Why would he? He's the alex moran of coral gables. He gets to eat sorority aśs, smoke like wiz khalifa and he never has to worry about actually playing. Kids living the dream.
I trip out when I see him on the side line yucking it up with N'K after a score. Living that dream.

I’m not a badass never said I was. You assume too much probably why no one likes you on this board. What was suppose to be taken from that story was the lesson that was taught. It describes a similar story(some call it a metaphor) but pulls your hatred from for richt out of it. That guy was taught a life lesson just like JT4 was. What you do with that lesson is on you. Some embrace it like I hope JT4 does or some people just never change and live their lives mad at the world.

I noticed you rated my post as dumb. What's Weldon's proven track record then? Since this is your argument.
