I can't tell if paul williams is a good coach or not, but if for some reason he were to move on I wouldn't mind seeing Hurlie moved to db coach (his most experienced position) and then Telly hired to be rb coach.

Williams has probably had the best results of anyone on the team. We have only recruited one real safety and he was a freshman last year. Bush and Jenkins took to the position immediately. Our CBs seem to grow with every snap they play. Howard took a huge leap, Burns looks to do the same.
Tough to gauge position coaches but his unit has shown the most improvement IMO.

Definitely huge news but I think people need to pump the brakes a little bit.
There is a lot of uncertainty with recruits as far as our head coach and our future. If we can win some games and show something this season, this hire will really help pump that momentum up. But if we fall flat again, I don't think it will make the huge difference people hope for. It will help either way, no doubt, but we are still losing the guys that want to win.

This may be the biggest hiring that Golden has had during his tenure. If you add T-Rob (wishful thinking) in the near future then we have top 2 classes literally every year from now on. This **** is huge in so many ways

Way wishful thinking? Guys from Miami and can own it at an even higher level then Coley IF offered a d coordinator position. Like I said though that would be hopeful in the future this **** is now!
Ice didn't help us very much in recruiting before, what makes you think he will help much now?
He had nothing to do with the 2008 class that was full of busts by the way (I don't believe he was hired till right before NSD or something)
Everyone in here blowing this way outta proportion, this hire won't do ****, and to be honest after the bull **** he pulled last year I'm kinda ****ed we rewarded this F@#K with a job.
Go ahead and start bashing me...
