This is what a real top 25 should look like based off of wins and losses not “quality losses” or SOS. Will never happen but SMH

The fact that they don’t have all 70 votes is a slap in the face but as most have said. Who cares we want to be #1 at the end but there needs to be accountability for these voters. They should have to submit justification for their rankings every week in order to keep their credentials.

You bring up good points that I will consider in next weeks ballot. I guess my thinking was that the Oregon loss was not a bad one (pre Moore injury, tho he did get hurt during the USC game).

USC plays OSU next week, so theyll either be firmly in top25 or out. But ill give SMU another long look.

I appreciate the feedback.
That’s a good point on the Oregon loss being different because of Moore so Boise does get extra credit for that. As does usc tbh who then dealt with raiola unexpectedly.

USC’s roster is so talented and Lincoln Riley is still one of the winningest p4 coaches doin it so i understand their inclusion tbh.

CFP Poll out this week!
Michael Jackson Popcorn GIF

I find it hilarious that Wake has a better record than four teams in front of them (all four SEC teams of course), and has a better quality loss than all of those teams to as their lone loss.
They have been smacking everybody. They have a legitimate case to be ranked as high as 4 right now. The next few weeks will sort itself out tho. SMU and Duke will be quality wins for them to add; and Louisville is heating up w/ Kentucky in their crosshairs to end the season

Texas Tech’s ranked win doesn’t matter as they stay in place; WF’s win by 40 doesn’t move them up but BYU’s narrow’s victory over ASU moves up, along with Alabama moving up despite being on a bye week, Texas moves up 1 beating Miss state without their qb; and two 3 loss SEC teams in the top 25 lol. W

Coaches poll > AP Poll this week; first time all year i see it like that.
