He will play in the NFL. Needs to find a better team. He’s not built to carry a program himself.

You might be correct. After all, Cooper Rush plays in the NFL and started more than a few games.
And compared to NFL quarterbacks, Rush is terrible.

So maybe there is a place in the NFL for mediocre college QB’s. But IMO an NFL QB should be able to do more with his team than Bailey has done in 3 years at NCSU.
