It’s been a looooong time since the media was glazing Miami like this. Not even 2017 was like it is now. Haven’t heard one pundit say we’re a paper tiger. I know we can run the ball on UF, but I hope Cristobal pours it on. Very glad we’re at home. Good job Mr schedule-maker
 
We should jump LSU in the AP next week if we have a significantly better showing against UF than them.

That might be the last chance we have to move up at all absent of a PSU/OSU loss.

I know it doesn't matter because of the playoffs but it would be nice to be #1 in the AP again even before the playoffs. Just for nostalgia/old times sake.

2017 we got up to #2 in AP and lots of people had us at #1. But there were still a lot of doubters (rightfully so) because we hadn't played anybody tough until VT/ND and we had so many close wins against bad teams.

If Miami can beat Florida, it's entirely possible that the Miami-FSU game is a top 5 matchup. Oregon plays Penn State, LSU plays Ole Miss, and Bama plays UGA in two weeks.

I also think it's possible FSU losses to UVA.

this is a good example of why I hate when people on here play the victim and act like the media hates us

Take care of business this week and walk out of Doak with a win and I might start believing we are the best team in the country

Penn State plays Oregon next week. Winner likely jumps to #1. Ohio State falls to #2.

Miami sits at #3 during the bye week going into the FSU game.
