I’m praying for clear skies. I’ve been looking forward to Sunday for months now.

Forecasting seven days out is hard to do anywhere. Fall forecasting in South Florida is extra hard, I think- all the usual problems, plus daily tropical thunderstorms and the occasional tropical cyclones. I think we'll have a decent handle on things about three days out.

If I had to venture a guess right now, I'd say that the field will probably be wet and there will probably be threats of lightning delays.

NOAA says conditions for development in the Caribbean this week are not in favor of a major storm.

But, yeah, take that for whatever it is worth.

Moving to Florida from DMV area on that weekend. Specifically, heading south on I95 Friday and Saturday. The weather better be good those days plus Sunday!
