I believe lashlee had pretty much full control of the O and had say in who the staff is with Manny. Each situation requires its own analysis, sure. It depends on the dynamic of the HC.
When you have a CEO HC who isn't your technical lead (on either side of the ball), I believe you need an OC who has a few his own.
Perhaps I'm mistaken, but I was under the impression Lashlee brought over a couple of his own (Justice and Likens?).
In sure i don't want to read anymore threads from you. This is pathetic. Gfy.I think he was handcuffed. I hope he gets another season. I think he really could be the goods, but wasn't in a position to succeed. Thoughts?
What has he done from an overall sense as an OC?
I promise u, I’m not being a prick or an @$$hole. All I’ve seen from Ponce is poor QB play under his entire portfolio of tutelage, and his offenses ranking from the 50’s, & no higher than 30th.
I wanna put this all on Gattis, but I’ve already highlighted in another thread that every QB under Ponce have been mediocre, & that includes Cunningham at UL. Brice had the most success passing yards wise under Ponce, but he had a high T.O ratio, too, which is another bad characteristic of a Ponce coached QB.
I would like him far away from that room, as well.
