I believe lashlee had pretty much full control of the O and had say in who the staff is with Manny.
 
The good news is Taggart has some room on his bus for the Ponce. As a bonus he will toss in Gattis as your guide.. Wait, that's not all. If you ride with Willie today, CIS will throw in a week's supply of Taco Bell, toilet paper, and a night at the DBC Bear Resorts.so come on Frank , get to that bust stop now.

I promise u, I’m not being a prick or an @$$hole. All I’ve seen from Ponce is poor QB play under his entire portfolio of tutelage, and his offenses ranking from the 50’s, & no higher than 30th.

I wanna put this all on Gattis, but I’ve already highlighted in another thread that every QB under Ponce have been mediocre, & that includes Cunningham at UL. Brice had the most success passing yards wise under Ponce, but he had a high T.O ratio, too, which is another bad characteristic of a Ponce coached QB.

I would like him far away from that room, as well.

Just had the Eagles game on and they’re lighting up the Pack on the ground and sure enough, the announcers turn to the run game coordinator Jeff Stoutland who all the Madden geniuses here wanted to run off who has since found continued, considerable success elsewhere. Y’all gotta shut up and stop putting so much responsibility or blame on a single position coach when it’s clear the head of the offense has been historically incompetent. WTF do you expect of a position coach when the head is entirely incompetent?
