That’s not even the whole story, because we started off god awful on 3rd down. Dawson low key mad the adjustments in the second half. It wasn’t pretty, but it was effective.

As dumb as Mario’s decisions are sometimes, he’s not an actual idiot. He mentioned at halftime that the negative 1st and 2nd down plays were killing us.

Even just gaining 2-3 yards on those first two downs sets you up for a manageable 3rd down conversion. But when you end up getting 3-4 yards on each play then 3rd and 2 looks pretty tasty with that dominant OL.

more speed and elusiveness at the rb position i think we would of topped 300 yards rushing. But 200 for what we have is awesome. But man when Citizen, Riley, CJ, and Fletcher become the top 4 in the rotation goodness

Yessir the stats don’t always tell the story but the eye test tells me we whipped them up front even short handed
