You dont take a RB from another state when you have all these RBs down here..its common sense

You do if all of the local kids worth taking are going elsewhere.

You dont take out of state barber over chestnut or tice (assuming they want to come here)

Man, you take the best player you can and it doesn't matter whether he plays in Miami or in Minneapolis. You can't be blinded by myopia.
Golden doesn't just throw out offers for the **** of it or because somebody is high on a recruiting site's list of 4-5 star prospects.
I really like this staff's approach to offers. Think about it psychologically....if you offer everyone what does your offer mean?
If, however, a prospect can see that you are very selective about who you offer, and that not everyone makes the grade, then the offer
actually means something, it becomes special.
If he offers an out of state RB it's for a good reason especially with this coming class of limited spaces.
