We just lost to a team that doesn't even have a FG unit.

Its been almost 20 years since UM was the TOP Program in college football......We MAY have one of those years in the future where everything works out and we play for a title...and I DO believe that will happen...but if U guys think Notre Dame and Us will ever play for a title every year..THATS OVER!!

so U think changing coaches ever 3 years is a way to go?.....steelers have had 3 coaches since 1969 and the browns have had a trillion since that time....changing coaches is NOT THE WAY TO GO!!

We need a better coaching staff who will evaluate, recruit, and develop talent better. Perry and Williams were both highly regarded by EVERYONE. The fact of the matter is Joe Montana couldn't make this antiquated offenses competent.

We have better qb's...richt hasnt developed them or suspends them or doesnt play them...take your pick. Stop blaming our players, it's coaching. Teams with lesser talent consistently play us to the wire or beat us. Get with Sapp and tell him it's not Richt.

Well, in the 80's we were changing coaches about every 4-5 years. Look at the span between Schenelly to Dennis Erickson.
 
look....U are never going to see a coaching staff like I had;.....too expensive today!..(my coaching staffs at UM)

Let me show U are far away we are as a program...If we played Bama-Georgia-Ohio State today....we would be beat 50-0!

Yes and no, NFL can actually change their roster and get great players through the draft to change the team. You can't do that in college, can't just go and say yep I want this guy. If you don't perform you don't get good recruits when you don't recruit well you don't play well. Period simple as that

Alabaga changed coaches a lot too from the 90s to the mid 2000s. Wound up finding the right guy. Had they taken your advice they’d have stuck with Mike Stoola because they made too many changes.
