the last game against an sec team that we loss was in 2022 at texas am ...
during that stretch we've outscored our last 5 sec opponents 156 -87
3 of those sec teams were ranked
2023 texas a&m #22
2025 texas a&m #7
2025 ole miss #6
2024 and 2025 florida gators were unranked

It’s almost as if the self proclaimed “big bad SEC” isn’t so big and bad. I can’t wait to see the preseason rankings and see 12 SEC scrubs in the Top 25. Then when the seasons over, they can all claim to have beaten “so many ranked teams”. Lol.

And then they can all go 0-5 against every OOC opponent in the CFP again.

They had losing head-to-head matchups with the ACC in 2023 and 2025, and pretty sure the BIG from 2023-2025. Yet Booger McFarland and the ESECPN talking heads continue to blabber on and on about how they’re “the most biggest baddest conference to ever bless us with their superior prowess” despite recent results on the field showing a league who’s probably about as good as the ACC right now.

RB- Hardy (if healthy) and Lacy are in the picture.
OL- 2025, yes. 2026, we need to see how this plays out. ATM and UGA will be good.

Our staff had no interest in winning that game. They were happy just to keep the score close. They were down two scores in the fourth and they’re moving at an absolute snail’s pace on offense and settling for field goals. I would rather have gotten blown out at least attempting to win than to lose a “close” game (against a garbage team) because we cared more about keeping it close than actually winning.

The difference in offensive aggression with Dawson just a year later was night and day.

I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt but the A&M game and afterwards I was like wow this dude is already cooked

There was a play TVD inexplicably missed I think it was Mallory open for a big play. Gattis brought it up as a missed chance

It blew my mind. He was right but same time it was pretty much the only big play chance we had

Pretty much any college offense is about putting pressure on the defense. The plays usually aren’t that complicated. Just keep firing bullets and it’ll work out

Anyway…venting about old ****. Dawson does some stuff that gets me sometimes but that’s any OC. Glad to have him back

ATM OL have sugar in their tanks. They put shrimp on their fruitcake.

UGA OL spent years being coached by Stacy Searles. It will take more than a season to unf#ck themselves.

Agreed. Dawnson has been pretty frustrating at times but he's a nice problem to have. Hopefully we see more 2024 instead of 2025. Just please don't try to force a gameplan.

I recall a deep crosser to Redding that would've gone for about 40-50 yards that TVD missed. But even then, that drive would've stalled and UM would've settled for a FG attempt

I like Beck and all but he was limited

Mensah has no weaknesses really and more talent around him than Cam had

I expect a show tbh
