I actually am far away now so I’m not around but I don't have issues with people not going to games and not donating a cent. That I agree with right now. I think that’s a good way to protest our disdain. No attendance and no money.
 
@who I think your post got deleted but there's no talking to them. It's what two decades of mediocrity has done to this program and its fans. They're happy just barely getting by with W's on saturday because they've already given up hope of miami being back, they just can't admit. Honestly ask yourself where else you see this mentality? You only see it with the basketball schools we play week in and week out and the has been programs that treat the games like going to the carnival with their family.

UF just fired a coach that had them as a potential playoff team and playing in the SEC championship just last year. LSU fired orgeron who just won a ring the year before that. Georiga fans eviscerate kirby smart and those mother****ers have one god**** ring from before miami even won their first. ****, Bama fans ******* meltdown whenever bama loses a game and some want saban fired and the man has 7 rings. Meanwhile it has gotten so bad at Miami there has to be serious discussion about retaining a coach that is barely above .500 in the weakest P5 conference. We aren't playing the same game.

For the record, I think diaz is gone, but can't for the life of me understand how people thought that manny winning out the season couldn't possibly have strings attached and some still want to act like the people who pointed this out are the enemy. But like I said before I think it's the conditioning. It's all about the nostalgia and you see it with every has been program.

Dude.... Are you implying that Canes fans were or better yet, are supposed to pull for the team to lose football games? Is that the jest of your take?

Problem is you’re going to get the, “you’re not supporting the kids messages” that comes along with that.

Stands look pretty empty on Saturdays, like 1970's empty.
Banners are flying behind planes on game day, manny diaz is getting scorched on College football message boards and rightfully so, prominent College GameDay host are blasting the administration on national TV, the press is writing negative articles about the state of the athletic department and the university just fired the Athletic Director. Sounds like what we all want to happen is happening, it's just not happening fast enough for most of us.

I'm not quite sure your " being part of the problem " gang has many members left. And if they're out there, there aren't enough of them to be a real problem.

The real problem seems to be within the BOT, not with life long Canes fans that support the kids each year.You're going to be hard pressed to find a Canes fan that's happy with the results of the last 20 years.
And if you do, then that should be your target. Not the fans that support the kids, win lose or draw.

The ones that don’t care because it’s not affecting there bank accounts. I’d be willing to bet the BOT could care less if people boycotted games but they would if you boycotted there businesses. Lemonis would put the W before the E if he thought people was boycotting Camping World.
