Happily, the coaches gave him a lot of help and didn't leave him on an island!!!Dawg, we still had a 2 star freshman start at one of the more important positions and get manhandled by Zuniga.

We are Michigan. Michigan is us
We are a disappointment. Michigan is a disappointment
**** Michigan
The real question is do we have a Blue Chip Head Coach..
When have we not? Real ?.
Have we trotted out the talent we had back in the 90’s or early 2000’s? No; but let’s not act like we haven’t had the best players in The Coastal since forever. We can whine and crap on the ACC, but you know what? If I’m the ACC, I’m ****ed at Miami. They put us in a soft division, directly opposite of FSU, w the vision that our classic, high rated games would be featured in their championship games and we’ve done nothing but take their conference money & do chit w it.
Every single season, we get these types of articles....we should; b/c after every recruiting class, our teams are more talented than 90% of the opponents we face per 247 & Rivals ratings, and every year, we lend ourselves to looking like a G5 team.
Hoping Lashlee change this nightmare we’ve been trapped in. It’s not the players, it’s the f’ing imbeciles leading them or babying them.
if I could kiss you through the phone I would...remember I’m Italian so it’s not ghey.
do you remember first drive againstUF? I remember having people here and I was bouncing off the walls because of how advanced the play calling was to Richt. Then it didn’t take long before I was drinking straight from the bottle for comfort.
if lashlee succeeds, we stand a chance. He is the last straw for manny’s camel back.
Same like last year and every other year before thatWe definitely have the players to take the first step--owning the Coastal.
At least FL is opening up.
heyyy...ohhhhhh....
Seriously, he’s our hope. I just don’t want this to be a Willie T situation. The head man is everything. Remember, he brought over Baby Briles after he led Houston to a high powered offense w King. Sigh
Yeah... must be nice! Lol this sucks
Brother, we Canes fans been wishing this since 2004.We definitely have the players to take the first step--owning the Coastal.

Yikes. I knew VT won a bunch. I didn’t realize GT won 5 since joining vs our 1. Embarrassing. We have had the players to win the ACCC Coastal for 15 plus years, we have won it as many times as Duke.
Coastal Titles (This will make you puke)
VT - 7
GT - 5
Pitt -1
UVA - 1
UNC -1
Duke - 1
Miami - 1
I doubt it....we haven't had the lines to win the MAC....We have had the players to win the ACCC Coastal for 15 plus years, we have won it as many times as Duke.

Coaching staff !!!!!We were 6-7 last year somehow
This is the biggest difference between Manny hiring Lashlee and Taggart hiring Briles. Manny will say “Rhett, install your offense, call your plays.” Taggart was already an offensive coach when he got hired at FSU. He brought his offense with him from USF. He had his hands all over the offense last year. Manny has never been an offensive coach. The offense will live or die solely because of Lashlee.Im cautiously Optimistic. But manny I think or hope, knows enough to not meddle. If this fails again, I’m considering grabbing Sal, Frankie, and uncle vin to go see the BOT.
Some real talk right hereIt really is, like I have lived it and watched it but it seems impossible
The whole ‘blue chip ratio’ analysis has failed us for ages. Part of it is coaching. But part is we have had **** evaluations for most of 2 decades. 4 and 5* kids doesn’t help if you pick poorly. ALSO, the study, iirc, focuses on who you sign. That right there is misleading when it comes to rosters because it ignores who doesn’t get in, doesn’t stay in, or leaves early. Our rosters have been worse than our signing lists might indicate for a whole host of reasons discussed in other threads.![]()
Miami football roster is close to college football playoff contenders
The Miami football program is close to the 50 percent of their roster being made up of four and five star signees that most playoff contenders have.caneswarning.com
It's not wishing. It's a statement of fact. We've fcked it up every year. But there's no arguing we've had the talent to dominate this **** division.Brother, we Canes fans been wishing this since 2004.
we got a blue light special
