We’ve been debating…

…between two coaches who will be ranked in the Top 10 to end the regular season.

That tells me two things. First, this program is in a much better spot than it’s been in the past. Second, the new AD would be suicidal to bring back Manny another year.
And 3rd, both those coaches could fill better jobs transfers than this one.

funny just for laughs GIF
Imagine these two ho’s bald headed….they look like monsters, don’t they? Lmao!

Lane is an offensive coordinator with a head coach's office. He is an ELITE offensive mind, but that's really it. If we didnt have to worry about defense, special teams, and recruiting...he'd be the perfect candidate.
At best, you're going to get a HC with extensive experience on one side of the ball. You're always going to be reliant on good OCs and DCs.

Lane checks just about all the boxes on the offensive side. Mario checks off the offensive line plus important program building attributes of culture and toughness. The drawback on Mario is that he'll be reliant on both the OC and DC not just one. The problem is that you could find yourself in an Ed Orgeron situation where you have to strike gold every 2-3 years replacing both the OC and DC unless you find lifetime coordinators.

For my money I'd like an offensive guy such as Kiffen. What we have on offense could be top 3-5 elite moving forward. However, Mario would establish much needed run blocking that would make the offense even more elite.

I think Muschamp would be a homerun as DC.

There is zero chance the new AD determines Manny’s fate publicly. That’s like hiring a new CEO and expecting them to assess the COO or CFO in a few days.
Yes, but new CEOs are hired all the time to make cut acts on workers. So, it's fair to have the new AD come out and just say based on the recommendations of the BOT and athletic administration, the U of Miami will be making a coaching change.

I don't know why yall hyperventilating about this. His buyout decreases on Wednesday, why wouldn't they wait, they already did for how many weeks. The people with the money want him gone and he will be gone. **** simple to me. He has 2 years left on his contract, they cant extend him and he cant recruit or coach properly with only 1 year left after next season. It would be toxic and the media and recruits will only ask him about that, everyday. He is gone. Period.
THIS THIS AND THIS.......

If Alonzo is supposedly being hired as a Director of Football operations and announced this week, he could easily be the one to fire Diaz. He has been to the last 2-3 games on the sidelines as well as being seen on campus, kinda of weird as he isn’t employed by Miami currently.

Manny Navarro keeps saying there are 4 people that are ultimately going to make the decision. Frenk, his two chiefs and one other person he won't name. I'm assuming that one other person is Zo and Zo is representing the good faction of the BoT.

How is the program in a better spot? Perhaps from an offensive standpoint with TVD leading it; what coach wouldn't want him? However, not in top 25, nowhere near conference playoff game, lacking in big time recruits (many in SF have defected), discipline problem with team (penalties, poor tackling & coaching) now losing the OC, defense in shambles. Anyone bringing back Manny would need their head examined.

Then how exactly has he done it at Ole Miss?
This. People act like he didn’t just win 10 games in the SEC West with, like, the 9th best program in the conference. Literally the first time they’ve ever won 10 games and people are acting like we’re trying to hire someone from San Jose State or some ****. Could argue of everyone available, Lane has done the most with the least of you wanted to.
