We’ve been debating…

Someone mentioned on Twitter talk right now that two interesting names were going to be in Miami starting tonight.

One is Mario for family reasons and the other he said was in town for the past two days. They didn’t seem reputable or anything but just curious if anyone’s knows who the second person is?
Lane was in Tampa last night watching a high school game. Wouldn't be surprised if the second name is him

Recognizing the appeal, I think it's poor leadership to ask the new AD to assess and terminate Diaz. Manny was hired by the current admin, and his lack of performance contributed to James getting shot. The interim AD should belly up, fire Diaz now, and give the new AD a clean slate.

There is zero chance the new AD determines Manny’s fate publicly. That’s like hiring a new CEO and expecting them to assess the COO or CFO in a few days.

I want Diaz gone as much as the next guy, but I'll vomit if that Diversity & Inclusion cancer Jen Strawley gets to fire him.

One question on my mind is if the Top 3 or 4 or 5 asked ( Mario, Lane, Stoops, etc) ALL turn us down (and this certainly seems remotely possible) does retaining Manny begin to look more feasible then, to even Jurich's eyes.? Not sure how I would feel myself; if for example it was choice ONLY between Manny or Mullen, or similar.
That's not remotely possible.

Trying to say we have been getting better preparing for his next argument in favor of Manny?
Not sure I read it that way. He could be saying despite our winning record last 7 games 5-2, nothing has changed from our first 5 games going 2-3?

This could be a counter to latest Manny tweets that we are building something special.

That might be Zo. He's had time to assess and can brief the new AD

I'm just rapidly losing respect for everyone involved who tweets or leaks anything about this right now. They all seem petty and immature

That's not remotely possible.

Lane is an offensive coordinator with a head coach's office. He is an ELITE offensive mind, but that's really it. If we didnt have to worry about defense, special teams, and recruiting...he'd be the perfect candidate.

•Lane Kiffin recruiting ranking at USC
2010: 3rd
2011: 3rd
2012: 8th

•2 out of the 3 years at FAU he had C-USA's top recruiting class.

•Special Teams FEI ratings
Ole Miss: 41st

dudes will say anything if it fits their narrative.

Right now it makes the most sense to negotiate with Kiffin, I am fairly certain they will stay in contact with him. Ole Miss doesnt play till Dec 17th.

With Mario, its a bit different, cause he has a game next week. However, as others have mentioned in a different thread, that his head is currently somewhere else and in my eyes, it would be rude to try to talk to him about a job while he is here visiting his mom.

I personally think Lane gets more and more realistic because his demands will probably be lower and Mario doesnt appear to be very sure about it. We will see tho.

You must be a millennial with no experience with the business world to make such a porst

At the same time, I would LOOOVE to see Jenn Strawley fire Manny Diaz
