Timetable is set up so that the AD HAS to be in place next week - mid week. Manny will be fired by weekend and the conference championships will be done by next weekend so that the AD can set his sights and press hard on other coaches

Lol, sounds a bit out of their league. More likely huge delay in hiring a lackey AD, and conveniently too late to hire a HC

#18, and it was a full class, he actually had the 3rd largest class in the top 20. His class was a little lower by player average. Zero elite guys. He actually only had one top 100 player (#63) and only two more in the top 200 (#'s 178 and 193).

He had eight (8) signees that weren't in the top 750.

His three portal pick ups were from Maryland, East Carolina and WKU. And one, who cost him a counter, went BACK into the portal two weeks later. Neither of the other two were high impact guys, more ok types.

Again, I am not trying to say no, I am just saying the more layers of the onion I peel back the more I see that gives me pause. A lot to consider. Again, he's recruiting pretty poorly this year while he's having his best season ever.
 
DMoney, I get your point but our fan base always has had high expectations as far as who to hire yet we still ended up with Al Golden and Manny Diaz. Expectations and reality have been very different with this team/fan base.

And the possibility of a Manny return is very frightening.
