Wasn't Taking App Seriously Until This

One reason this game is so big to them is because they have tried to model their program after Miami, like so many others.
The only thing that can help App State is the refs (which is Vegas); first road game, Miami coming like a ghost army leaving nothing but death in it's wake. Big mistake by App, this loss is going to destroy their whole season.

Sad, but true. I can't think of another school that has a penalty named after it..."excessive celebration"...the "miami rule"...

Everytime I hear Brent Musburger (rabid anti-Miami) bring it up, his voice sounds like nails on a chalkboard.
 
If they think they're going to score 21 on our defense they're crazy. I hope we pound them into the ground. We need to beat them so bad they never want a power 5 team come there again.
 
Sorry to disappoint but this will be a dogfight.There is increased parity in football right now. Vegas is usually pretty accurate and the line is only 4 points right now.I watched that Tennessee game -it was no fluke and they did it at their house. We have to play better on offense to win this game. South Dakota State almost beat TCU ,Richmond over Va., Central Michigan over OK State ,South Alabama over Kentucky etc.
 
I'm gonna drink some AppalachiCola later, and then so ya'll know where I'm cuming from; I'm gonna **** it out...

What's sad is he doesn't even have all of them right, as South Alabama beat Miss St, it was Southern Miss that beat Kentucky.

How far is the walk from the locker rooms to the actual field? That may be what puts the victor over the top, ultimately.
