Wasn't Battle Tested

"Jeremiah, he understands what's coming," Day said Saturday. "He trusted what we did ... because he understands we got a monster game coming up."

They looked pretty battle tested to me when they lost to Indiana in the Big Ten championship game. Lol

We waited 21 days to play aTm and played them at Kyle Field with what, 70 mph winds?. We didn't play a conference championship game, and we didn't know for a fact we were getting in.

They didn't go a month between games; they went 25 days, 4 more than us.
 
It’s funnier when you remember that they only scored above 40 points 3 times last season (4, if you for some reason want to count grambling state) with alllllll of that talent

So what’s the issue? Is Ohio state saying that the Big 10 is buttcheeks or is Ohio state saying that they construct a ***** made schedule that they still couldn’t dominate? Sounds like a them problem

They thought them uniforms were going to beat us and IU. So they want to make excuses for their early exit. In doing so they have clowned their own conference and themselves. IU doesn’t seem to be using this same format of excuses nor is anyone else. Had they won they would’ve never spoken these words. Our schedule was soft as butter. We waited a long period before entering the game vs aTm.

They lost to Indiana on 12/6 and played Miami 12/31

I hate them more than the next Canes fan, but they really did get fat on cupcakes. I don’t read that as an excuse from them. Seems like they are excited about having more challenges this year.

How is it true when their entire defense was supposedly one of the best all time loaded with 1st rounders? 🤔
