we'll win this game but how ppl think we roll against higher ranked teams is mind boggling

Donofrio is going to have to be more creative in creating pressure. The upfield pass rush and dropping the linebackers is creating 10 yards of open field underneath every time.
 
Does anyone know why we never bring 6 or 7? I can't remember when we did that. I know a lot of you always blame Morris for the defense problems but who does WF has that we can't cover 1 on 1? Smh.
 
Our refusal to play aggressive press man on 3rd down against teams that run WR screen after WR screen against us is baffling.

No excuse for half those 3rd downs being allowed on simple screen passes.

4 3rd and long conversions.

need to ready for screens on 3rd down and not just rush the passer like mad men.

Mccord was blowing around his guy but we weren't ready for the screens.

yes. bringing in "pass rush specialists" 100% of the time on 3rd down is dumb, everybody knows what you're doing, just throw screens
 
coaches have to coach with what we have. hence the bend don't break execution
 
I think we should throw in McCord on a down other than third against this team, they know our third down tendencies and are play calling towards it.
