VT sucks just as bad. Gotta give em the mandatory 3 for the home field.

Lay the points and run to the bank. Easy money, a Folden coached team can not win on the road.
 
Didn't we beat UNC on the road last year on a Thursday night? Dude............... "Easy money."
 
It's setting up to be an infuriating evening. Man for man, I'd say we're better. But, well. On the road at night. Game, set, match with the Not Ready For Prime Time Corches. Pittsburgh showed an easy way to beat Tech. They just gave it to the fat kid and ran all night on the Hokies. The mobile QB belped a bit. But We all know that Al knows a better way. So what if Va Tech is down to the water boy running the ball. They'll find a way to make first downs and scores against our passive No'D. How about "Beamerball" (ugh. How many times are we gonna hear that Thursday night) against our special teams. Can't wait for that matchup. And a Freshmans QB on the road against Bud Foster. 3 points. Tech must really suck.
 
This is actually one of the games that will infuriate everyone because we will find a way to win it, get right back in the Coastal, give Al a win he can brag about in press conferences, and it will all be because VT is horrendous and not because of anything Al did.

Yeah, I'm not down on the "exaggerate VT's ability to destroy us" prediction train this week. That said, a win up there really means nothing. They ain't good. And yessssssss, I realize we aren't either.
