Curious if he has any takers. Either way this is going to be something worth watching to see how it all develops. Does another school come in and offer more than UT? If so what happens if he flops? Or **** if he’s just alright but nothing special? Will more teams get gun shy about paying lots of money to unproven players? What if nobody bites? Does UT just go on pretending this never happened? Do they just cut bait? Markets tend to have a way of straightening themselves out. I want to know how far these teams will go and if just overpaying players guarantees success.

This is the issue with NIL. It's now Almost May and a QB can totally hold his team hostage. Losing your starting QB this late will really hurt a team. The time to do this is in December where you have a lot more time and can have your new QB in for workouts and Spring practice

I watched him play a few times last season. He has a tough time reading defenses and is wildly inaccurate. He has a cannon for an arm and can run. Those are his best 2 attributes, in my opinion. If I’m the Vols, I tell him to take a hike. Kid is not worth that money.
