“Washington has been the school I have been hearing the most about with Spafford when talking Georgia's comp, but I would put Miami in that spot as of today.

Georgia is going to have to really work to keep Spafford in this class.”

Saw this update on the UGA board yesterday when they were discussing the Mater Dei TE Bowman....

"Nobody has told me this outright, but my sense is this: If Georgia signs Bowman, the Bulldogs will also sign Spafford. Georgia is leveraging that relationship to bring in its top tight end target. If Georgia doesn't sign Bowman, there are several other suitors — Alabama, Miami, Ole Miss, USC, among others — who are doing a great job with Spafford, too. Spafford has stated how much he wants to play in the SEC, but Miami has also done well in that recruitment recently. If Spafford were to wind up elsewhere, not predicting that at this time, keep an eye on Boise State commit Terrious Favors from Carver-Atlanta (Ga.) who visited for G-Day and added an offer over the weekend. Favors' tape is loved in Athens, and I mean loved."

The Portal is cooling down and recruiting is heating up. Here is the latest:

- Miami is in a good position for nickel Keionte Scott (Auburn). He was a preseason All-SEC player and Senior Bowl kid at nickel before moving outside and struggling. He has NFL upside if he regains form with his old coach, Zac Etheridge.

- The Canes are also in a strong spot for LB Mohamed Toure (Rutgers). He was previously coached by Miami DC Corey Hetherman and was one of the best LBs in the Big 10 in 2023 before an ACL injury. He is expected to be full go.

feels like this may be a smidge harder with Mark Bowman now predicted to UGA.
 
haven't watched this kids film probably dont plan to....but just offer him a high number of nil (since were throwing around money to everyone apparently) and make Uga have to pay more to keep him.

They got unlimited bags but hey lets make you spend it, id be on a bunch of their situations upping the price honestly.
