Oh I get what this is about. He's refuting the stuff that he's been committed to LSU for a while silently. Saying he never did an interview with CI. I havent heard that the "rumor" was based on any actual interview, just supposedly "sources". This tweet doesnt mean much IMO.

For some reason I really get the feeling that his coaches at Champagnat are very nervous about how this is all going down. They seem very concerned with "perception" here and not offending UM. Which only fuels my suspicion about them, but whatever.

Did he just post that? When did CI say he was committed? Thought the consensus accross the boards was he's likely to LSU.

the fact that he is refuting it gives me slight hope. just when i thought i was out, they pull me back in.

Sounds like somebody on Canesinsider was either inferring or flat out said TV had committed to LSU and TV is refuting that at this point.

Article clearly says he is expected to commit to LSU. Not sure where that is coming from...

At some point one of their writers claimed that TV had been committed to LSU since mid-November. I think that's what he is refuting. Mid-November, Late January, Early February, who gives a ****. This kid is going to LSU

That may be a stretch to extrapolate that from Travonte Valentine alone. 1st, CaneINsider NEVER wrote that they DID an interview with Valentine. They wrote: "the Miami target and former verbal commitment Valentine told a source , a source who in turn informed CaneINsider "that he will not visit Miami this weekend for an official visit as previously planned." Valentine tweet, who I doubt came from Valentine fingers, never refuted the specific content that he "will not visit Miami" but lamely refuting interviewing with CaneINsider which CaneINsider never represented. The content of his silent commit to L$U rests on Jon Drummon and Mike Tunsil, and make them look like bagmen, not really TV. Finnaly, his language is quite mature. I think his handlers are the ones that are worried, NOT Valentine, and did they peck the tweet??!! Hm? Why would a young stud aggressive ballah really care to "#yallGottaDoBetter [meow]" I'd be like "GTFOH wit dat ****!"

I wouldn't doubt that TV is committed to LSU, but the article CI posted basically had quotes from him. It was like they interviewed him.

He's probably just refuting the article to keep the suspense for his announcement.

You're reaching out of desperation. I've seen this show too many times with these kids and just with recruiting in general. If he is openly for LSU, his coaches are saying LSU, all the reporters are saying LSU, our insiders say LSU, he just visited LSU and is not going to visit Miami you still think he is coming here based on a bull **** interview from six months ago and his Twitter avitar? His actions dictate he's gone. His words dictate he's gone. He's gone.

Dont misinterpret this. It's fans on here who think TV is a superstar and desperately want him at the U. now that they see he is apparently going to LSU after they have been expecting one of the best DT'S in country to come here, they are venting. Is it fair? no. But it more a sign of respect for how great they think he will be than anything else.

i am not one that says anything because i don't know anything but i will say that some of drummond's tweets look like veiled attacks on our program and coaches. if he likes UM and wants us to succeed than he should tweet something favorable about us once in a while.

Im also curious about how Jon Drummond, kicked off of 7 on 7 SFE team, for violating codes of conduct and unethical behavior, is on the staff at Champagnat??? Can you also enlighten us on how many Champagant players are actually living with coaches??? There seems to be some confusion over this issue. Can you also share with us how long the school day is at Champagnat? Any insight you can share here would be of great interest. Thanks so much.
