Because the truth of the matter is, the real Miami team this year was the one that hung with No. 9 Florida and beat No. 24 Virginia, not the team we watched lose the last three in embarrassing fashion due to our players giving up and not playing hard. With a decent head coach and coordinators, we were a legitimate top 20 team who should have had a 9-3 type of season. We saw two different versions of Miami this year. One in which the players still believed in the coaches and were trying, and one in which the players gave up.
