USC vs Texas...

Both these QBs are good. Throwing guys open, anticipating gaps in the zone coverages. It's been impressive

I'm not a huge fan of Gus Johnson but at least he says SC almost every time.

I have no idea why that's so complicated. Just say SC. That's how the school is known on the West Coast. Heck, my dentist went to Cal Davis and isn't much of a sports fan but even she says SC. For whatever reason the rest of the nation forces all these elongated and contrived versions.

Actually I've become more of a Gus Johnson fan now that's he toned it down just the proper amount. A 3 yard gain is no longer a screamfest.

because saying USC is just so much longer than saying SC....
Plus I don't want to hear "SC" all day. I want to hear Southern Cal or Trojans sometimes too.
Same Way I'd want to hear Miami, The U, Canes, Hurricanes throughout a game. Not just only one all day.

Prob the 2 best teams in their conference. By far the best game of the day.

I hate USC for the record.

Oklahoma and Oklahoma St are both better than Texas in the BIG12 without a doubt.
USC is probably the best PAC12 team...them or Washington. But If Cal beats Ole Miss tonight it'll give them 2 quality NonCon P5 wins(@UNC week 1), it'll be interesting to see if they could beat USC next week after they are coming off a huge week.

Darnold 6 picks in 3 games .

This is a problem people don't want to talk about.

Yes, some of his picks are deflections or bad routes by his WRS but he has to learn how to protect the football better. The way he carries the ball is also susceptible to a lot of fumbles in the open field too.

He does make out of this world throws that are on the money so it alleviates some of his his deficiencies but I am still not as sold as some people on him.
