USC pounds the Buffs 48-41, Corchfest

What has he accomplished on the field; TCU, Nebraska, CSU really? I'll give them maybe 2 more wins, but since it's more than the 1 they had last season , he wins coach of the year. I mean the bar was to win more than 1 game, woohoo...keeping receipts on teams that will be in another conference next year is sounding kinda lame; jmo

I count today’s effort as a W for Coach Prime. Also, like many have said here, he elevates the culture. That’s why he must be supported.

But don’t support him if you don’t feel like it, Coach Prime will just keep winning and show all you haters.

Coach Prime all the way, baby!

For all the publicity that Lincoln Riley gets, not a top notch recruiter. They are doing a really poor job within their own state, only 3 out of the top 25. They are in the top 10, undefeated, play in a glamorous market, ample NIL opportunities, a ton of local talent and still can't get a 10 top recruiting class? I think they will continue to underwhelm in that department, especially on the defensive side of the ball. He's had heisman-caliber QB's for so long it has helped mask some deficiencies, but if there is even a slight drop-off with their signal caller they are in trouble. Sooner or later he is bound to have a bad eval at QB.
Great post by the way. I don’t keep up with SCs recruiting, but I have been baffled by SC lack of success, considering they have so many talented players out west. They have no real competition in state, except UCLA.
( Though, I think majority of Cali players soft as baby ****, when compared to FL, GA or TX players.)

That is a crazy stat, and explains a lot.
I just find it perplexing, They are not just missing on kids on evaluation, they’re just not landing them.

Prime teams will always play up or down to their competition. That’s because he instills playing based on emotion far too much. Like I said before, very similar to a lot of Miami teams from the last 10-15 years.
Except when he plays Oregon.

Ok, now I'm aggravated.

This 6 toed sunglasses wearing fake *** prosperity preaching narcissistic two faced backstabbing Lavar Ball wannabe ***** "coaching" a team that should be 1-4 if CFB didnt employ referees who make WWE referees look good by comparison somehow ends up in the top 25 after beating a Nebraska team that hasn't mattered since last ******* century got put in the top 25 by a bunch of *** kissing media buffoons who can't spell football while thinking this clown invented it, and Maryland under Mike Locksley, an actual coach, is 5-0 and can't even get in the top 25 after going 8-5 and winning a bowl game last year?

Full disclosure, Maryland is my alma mater so yeah, I'm taking this one a tad personal. **** Coach Slime and and his kids in one ear and out the other. And if this one doesn't get me a vacation I'll be back for that *** again.

You said he will just keep winning; you mean keep losing. He got his cult so delusional, but false gods will do that to those who "Believe"

Before Deion got there, the only thing I associated with that stadium was seeing the Rolling Stones there in 1978, I even forgot about the NC they won. You're foolish if you think recruits won't glam on to all the media attention. Colorado has gotten more attention in the first half of this season then they ever had, including their NC season. So he's already way ahead of the game in recruiting. One of my college teammates out in KC sent me an Instagram shot of Deion announcing he's signing someone in his hometown in Ft Myers. He not only gotten the attention, but uses it better than most coaches - and this is a very clear case that any attention is good attention. It's understood on this board he'll always be a Nole. But, the same type people around the country hating on him, are the same types who hated on the Canes when they were on the rise doing things differently.

Deion may have captured some attention but his 247 2024 class is currently ranked 14th of 16 in the Big 12 and out of the Top 50 overall, FWIW. Is he going to flip the ‘6-8 dawgs’ he says he needs to get to the next level? Poach them in the portal?

Come on, compare what he's recruiting in a year to the crap they've run through there for decades. He's had a massive impact by anyone's definition.

He’s greatly improved their profile, sure. And he flipped a few players, like that WR that was committed to Nebraska. The one who had his breakout game against Southern Cal. I actually like what he’s done, believe it or not. I’m not a hater.

I just resist the notion he’s some savant coach and recruiter who’s going to take over college football in the next few seasons.

College football is desperate for personalities, and Deion provides one.
