For what it's worth, I do NOT think those are the USC cheerleaders, they are the USC Song Girls, who perform with the marching band.

I realize they both kinda operate in the same space, but it is not the same group.

I used to work for a USC grad whose wife was a Song Girl when they both went to USC.

And, yes, the Song Girl "uniform" is a turtleneck sweater.
