I think Urban loves being courted as much as he does coaching.

His greatest success is likely at NCAA level (apologies to Peetey Weetey in PNW).

Fun Fact: Saban was hired to replace Carroll on Ohio Aint staff in early 80s (I think)... he was also then fired (only time he involuntarily left a position)

He’s one migraine headache away from a third retirement. The NFL doesn’t have recruiting nonsense like college, but as Buddy Ryan once said, ‘there are no East Carolinas in the NFL’. And if anyone believes there are, Meyer would be coaching at one on Jacksonville.

I actually think Meyer could be successful in the NFL, like Jimmy and Carroll.
