Miami isn't hiring Urban Meyer, and for good reason. Urban is a solid coach, but in exchange for those wins, you doom yourself to years of mediocrity because he steals the lifeblood of your program and mortgages your future. This is another problem with our fanbase: The belief that only a couple of guys can win here. If people like Blake James were anywhere near competent, he would be able to identify up and coming coaching talent, and hire those guys. Miami has to be ahead of the curve, not just reaching toward the most expensive guy available. Why?
