Zach Smith beat his wife, got caught, and finally got fired after the third offense.

Urban Meyer lied repeatedly, got caught, and needs to be fired after his umpteenth offense.

Standards. Consistency. You need to enforce the same rule and the same standard for assistant coaches and head coaches.
