So far the only concern is that he hands it off on second and short. Well, we are all concerned Balout that situation, but we recognize that we have some beasts ahead of the curve ready save the world, than most of these idiots. The cane will prevail even in the. Ideas games. From Route 115 to verdanturf to mauville don’t have a chance through surf and route 114

In English please.

I'm happy with the hire, and It comes down to a few things:

- HEAVY PLAY ACTION. Look how successful the Rams are with running play action so ******* much. It works, regardless whether you run 20 times a game or less. I love that he heavily incorporates Play action.

- Crossing Routes. We have elite south florida athletes at WR and TE. These deep crossing routes are going to be excellent for us, especially off play action.

- Motion. If he adds a few jet sweeps and fake sweeps with all the motions he's going to run, I'm going to be pretty happy.

- Consistently has a high YPA is a great sign imo.

I really do agree with Lance here, this really does resemble Andy Reids entire philosophy: Bunch formations, good amount of motion, good run game, not really a spread offense, and 1000% a deep passing offense with a lot of crossing routes that uses TE's well. We just need the QB and OLine to run it. I'm not worried at all about RB, WR, TE here. But we NEED a good QB and OLIneman that aren't a bunch of bums.

one way or another the following is true: alabama, georgia, and miami all changed offensive coordinators in the same week. bama got steve sarkisian, georgia got james coley, and we got this guy. does anyone want to argue that we didn't come out on top? michigan hired bama co-oc and wr coach josh gattis who has never called plays on his own... i'd take enos over him too.

the heavy reliance on play action reminds me of sean mcvay, but he uses 11 personnel almost exclusively, so formation wise and in the creative use of TEs you def see more of the chiefs. i thought richt's refusal to use brevin jordan to get our QBs easy throws and move the chains was one of the worst and most aggravating failures of the offense, but that doesn't look like it will be a problem with enos.

if this works it's an offense you could sell to recruits as "pro style" and actually mean the contemporary modern NFL, not the NFL from 15 years ago.

Btw did Enos and Manny ever coach against each other? I’m only asking cause it’s been said that this was Mannys 1st choice, what made it his 1st choice?

Manny was at Mississippi State and Enos was at Arkansas. Mississippi St won 51-50 - 2015

247 did an analysis of Enos and used that game to show his style

Question for you Lance -

Great analysis. Really gets me excited to see what he brings to the table for our guys. One thing that crossed my mind as I read through this - do you think our QBs can pick this up? It seems like you would have to be sharp to absorb all of the nuances of his offense. Our guys have come from needing to learn 6 plays and it is still up for debate as to whether any of them can read a defense. What's your thought on this?

Frankly, I have more optimism for JW to be successful in this system. IDK about Perry. He's been here 2 years and he still can't read the field. Maybe Enos' teaching style will be more effective. No matter what, all of them will have to be all in or they will fail. It is SO important to get an experienced QB in the QB room this season for this reason, too. Jalen Hurts would really be so huge in this respect as not just a role model of maturity but to teach

KC jet sweeps and unpredictable screens cant wait and motion to see what the defense is doing.............man im excited just to see it. Hopefully the spring game is televised and not some top secret BS
But then, there would have to be a QB that could read defenses
