Updates on Canes commits/targets in action this season

Jack Allison is going to be that dude. Dang.

Anyone have any numbers on him as far as running, or 40 times and the like? Not that its a huge thing but he moves around really well in the pocket and looks athletic. Just curious.

lol yall still want Ahmmon Richards at safety ? wr all the way

If he can beat out Sam Bruce, Dionte Mullins, Freddie Pinder, Braxton Berrios, Tyre Brady, Terrell Chatman, Darrell Langham, Dredrick Snelson, &/or Antonio Calloway, then.... yeah, he should stay at WR.

His speed will slow down at D1 level, safety all the way. Its easy to run away from high skoo kids.

Ya'll on some other **** if you don't think Richards can play Receiver.

He can definitely play both receiver or safety, I want the ball in that kids hands. He's a playmaker.

I don't categorize him and Mullins as receivers. Athletes. They are two ways stars, could be great at Receiver or Safety. I say, figure out where both fit best when they get here.

only bruce and maybe snleson will be better

Out of the 4 of the 2016 receivers committed. Snelson size and speed and how physical he is. Elite of the elite.

All 4 have different skill sets. Snelson the one who really stands out of those 4. Even though I think all 4 are studs. I see playmaking ability in all 4 of them.

BUT,

I won't say any are better than the other cause it's a tough choice, I view all on same level BUT if I were to pick. Snelson is the leader of the pack of 4 right now. It's for the reasons I mentioned earlier, he will be a nightmare to cover. The whole package.

By the way. I really think we should go after Jalen Julius, Dexter Williams teammate and good friend. Kid makes plays and has speed, athlete, just find a position for him and plug him in.

Kid has deadly speed and i think we are in the market for just that especially with dorset leaving.

I agree with going after Julius. Geo, what do you think about going after Kirk Merritt, he wants to play WR and a lot of schools was recruiting him as an rb so he's really up for game if someone makes him a priority.

Ahmmon Richards is a steal right now.

Kid has more touchdowns this season than some entire teams but people say he cant be a receiver at the next level.

Not to speak for anyone else, but I'm not sure I've seen posters question whether Richards could play receiver in college. He's obviously more than capable and is a stud athlete.

I think there are some who prefer him at DB because, as evidenced by tonight's pick-six and an interception in a game a few weeks ago, he also has tremendous potential as a ballhawk in the secondary. And there's a more dire need at that spot if we're able to hang onto Snelson, Mullins, and Bruce at WR in the same class. Richards seems versatile enough to be able to pull it off.
