Would be first in pretty much all categories if not for letting the young guys get some game experience but I will take experience over ratings any day. The only thing that gives me reservations is who have we actually played?

And what's crazy is that there's still room to improve
we are not even at the depth I prefer for a Miami defense, if we close on lets say a Nunn Stevenson Ingraham Weaver and keep what we have already in the fold I think the defense would take that next leap next year. We just have the Willis question and hopefully Silvera will come on and dominate just like him.

I dont care who we play, our d-line is going to ball out, and everything else goes from their.

Imma neec pickney to stay on his feet just a lil more but that pick he got was off the chain, should've taken it to the house. These type of wins over Fsu makes them feel even worst than a blow-out!

We already DE U, if we get Joe to stay holy fook..........Cam Williams, Harvey, Rousseau, Garvin, JoeJack, Weaver, Patchan, Joyner (if they stick him there) Bruh

Man can you imagine that d-line if McIntosh and Norton had stayed? McIntosh beside Willis would have given every HC and OC nightmares with Norton to back them up. McIntosh destroyed his draft stock by not staying and playing beside Willis.

your 2nd rotation would then be bethel and mcintosh with silvera to spell someone tired. not much as an oc you can do on that one.

That **** would be insane we would be living in the back field every play, we need elite DT help to stay leveled u know.

That is what drove me crazy with Al Golden's regime. If you run a 1 gap 4-3 scheme at Miami that will get NO worse then 40th in total defense (which is good to above average).

As much as we bag on Shannon for his inability to call a defense that can defend TE's dude never had a total defense worse then 30th and he ran the same 2 coverages every passing down.

Whoever comes after Richt needs this question asked and it needs to be a serious question: Do you run 1 gap 4-3 defense? Because if they do then all they have to figure out is the offense.

Im starting to think one of them had to leave cause gw3 was about to take somebodies spot!

Need to close on elite dbs in sfla them dudes like extra linebackers makes our defense work. Cant keep letting those guys leave

I don't think Shannon was pulling elite DBs and still managed top 30 defenses. It went you get those elite players is when we're consistently a top 5 defense.

So are you putting Norton over McIntosh beside Willis? I know it’s all just a dream now but **** we have to get these ballers to start listening to sound advice from coaches on their draft prospects and stay. Have to fight like **** just to get them to stay home in the first place and put on for The U and the city instead of chasing the money then convince them all over again after 3 years. Richt needs to point to a couple of guys as examples with one in particular but not saying any names because I don’t want to jinx either one of them.
