Underrthrow Beck

It feels like whenever he throws deep he doesn't know what he's getting from his arm. He has the arm to make that throw over the receivers outside shoulder but the injury makes all his deep shots a crap shoot. But too many times either too much air which allows the defense to catch up or these low arc low velocity throws

He underthrew deep balls all year long. And the one he needed at the very least overthrow he yips and leaves it short
Schleprock Beck.
There is not a more unclutch QB in the country.
Beck end his career in the fashion everybody expected. Completely folding under pressure and throwing an unnecessary interception.
I’m glad he’s gone.

Bad call imo. He hasn't hit that all year. Keep going to the underneath / quick passses
Agreed, Toney came open on an inbreaking route. It was a bad decision by Beck. Once the safety started floating to that side he should've come off that read. Play wasn't there and he forced it unnecessarily.

That play isn't the reason why we lost though. Bauman missing that block on punt team is.

Really really bad play call. We all know he can’t make that throw, coach should too. I don’t blame Beck at all. Thankful for what he gave this program and the hope he helped restore to all of us.

You maybe right. But I also felt we were getting some shorter throws completed and 40 seconds to go 40 yards is a long time, even without TO’s.

I’m trying not to be a Monday morning QB but its hard right now not wanting that play back.

I guess so but you get a look you want, get a few steps on the corner… out with it early enough for the safety to be late and a chance for a legendary play and you throw it 8 yards short…
