While none of these players are currently being pursued by Miami, they are prospects to keep an eye on in South Florida.

LB/S Mikey Ferro (Columbus)- The hard-hitting linebacker from Columbus has been starting at the powerhouse program since his sophomore year. He has a thick build and has great speed for a LB for his size. Some project him as a Safety at the next level, but I like him at linebacker because he is always around the football. Holds an Appalachian State offer.

OT Sandley Jean-Felix (Boyd Anderson)- The 6'5, 295 pound tackle is still growing into his body. He has incredibly long arms and could be a late bloomer in the weight room. Needs some work technique-wise, but is a prospect with high potential.

DE Paul James (Norland)- A 6'4, 250 lb Strongside DE, James started out his high school career at Norland before transferring to Krop for 2 years and is now back at Norland for his senior year. He suffered a knee injury last year and only played in 2 games, which is one of the reasons major schools aren't showing high interest. He is very powerful and has a high motor.

WR Nicholas "Cheebo" Norris (Booker T)- Norris is Treon Harris' go-to guy in the slot. He has very reliable hands and is tough across the middle. He is also a track runner with speed to burn. He is quarterback-friendly and has a knack for getting open.

RB Alex Lee (Miramar)- The versatile running back has great hands out of the backfield. He is a reliable downhill runner as well with good balance and vision. He could be a productive back at the next level. Holds an FAU offer.

DB Xavier Hines (Belen Jesuit)- Hines is a kid that Miami would have taken a hard look at in last year's class. He committed to FIU 2 weeks ago and he is a great pickup for Mario Cristobal. He has good length and ball skills. Can play safety or corner at the next level, but plays mostly corner in high school.

DE D'Angelo Reynolds (Northwestern)- The former Pace athlete is now at MNW. He has a very good frame and size already at 6'6, 240. Can play some tight end, but is projected as an end in college. Good speed and athleticism off the edge for somebody his size. Holds an Arkansas offer.

I believe D'Angelo Reynolds has a Miami offer for basketball.

I could be wrong about that. Anyone know? Peter?

Reynolds has talent and great speed, just s little raw in technique. Had we had a large class like last year, he
Might have made it

Most of those guy will end up or are commited FIU in a couple of years they will be really interesting with all that under the radar talent

Sandley committed to FIU today.
Good pickup for them...FIU is on there way

What do you think of him?

I think he has NFL potential. Kid has a prototype frame. He's built like D'brickashaw Ferguson of the jets. He's not as athletic as him but he definitely has a high ceiling. He has really long arms which will help in pass pro. Once he gets to FIU and learns technique he will play and play early. Coach Mirabal is an outstanding coach and will make this kid a special player.
