I've been impressed by Thompson at 1B today. He certainly looks a lot more natural there than he ever did at 3rd.

This is freaking massive for our ACC tourney prospects. Sets us up in the weaker pool with UVA/FSU clobbering each other to death. I love it!!!

Glad the pundits believe we are a National Seed lock. That is SOOOO important if we want to get to Omaha...can't overstate that enough. Very happy for this ballclub and these guys for putting themselves in place to make a major run at Omaha.

Not saying we will do it, but how big of a shot in the arm for our whole fanbase would a WCS national title be? We could certainly use it.
