He didnt scheme anyone open with formations either to make easy plays in space...

It is harder to catch when there are cbs draped on your guy, adjust by scheming someone open beforw the play starts like Lashlee did last year with both Smith and Rooster out of the backfield...

Our rivals will spin this and I’m sure we won’t get one of the five star wrs because they’ll say our offense sucks, but I’m with you I didn’t think we’d be able to run against them, and frankly we should have more in the red zone. Our d controlled them and we were super physical, I feel better about us, but **** we let one get away

Yet we still moved the ball really well, but nah, it was so bad.

1. Jimbo is in year 5 and good lord does his team look awful

Honestly this was our best trench performance against a quality team in years. Say what you want about Texas AM but they are good up front and we were handling them for most of the night
 
TVD got into a rhythm late but lack of playmakers and constantly shooting ourselves in the foot kept us from getting it done.
It’s early in the season and I expect this to look like a much different team by Clemson.

Yes TVD has not looked like we expect him to this year and yes the WRs are concerning but to me redzone offense is the only thing I’ll call out Gattis about like why didn’t we use the TEs in the redzone or even Ladson on a jump ball or something besides that we moved the ball pretty well and the defense did their thing

Definitely feel good about our physicality, but we have no playmakers outside of the RBs.

Whatever u say man. Go watch a Lashlee offense against great defenses. We did next to nothing. We moved the ball tonight just didn’t finish and it is what it is. Live with it the sky isn’t falling u can look up

100% our WR targets were getting “you watching this lol” texts all night.
 
I still say this running the play clock down under 5 seconds every fcking play making everything seem rushed isn’t the answer…..TVD seems to work better with tempo.
Everyone could see their DBs were gassed and yet we gave them 35 seconds to catch their breath after every play.
I hope Gattis changes this running up to the line only to stop and look to the sidelines until there’s 6-8 seconds left then rush and try and get a play off…sHT Is stupid.
